English movie clips dubbing has been becoming the powerful assistant of College English teaching for its advantages of variety cultural characteristics, real corpus simplicity and the close to the social life. The analysis of the role and the advantages of the movie clips dubbing teaching in college English has its significance. It can explore the methods to make full use of the computer network technology and semantic search, voice imitation dialogue deductive method in a network environment to the implementation of the dubbing of film clips teaching. And it can also change the traditional college English listening, speaking, teaching status quo. And it can improve English listening and speaking teaching effectively and enhance students comprehensive competence in English teaching and learning English to achieve the goal of using English in daily life.
