吸烟对肺血管重构的作用机制 被引量：4

摘要 吸烟是呼吸系统等多种疾病共同的致病因素，长期吸烟引起肺血管炎症反应及氧化应激、及其烟雾中尼古丁等有害物质对血管的直接损伤，导致肺血管重构最终形成肺动脉高压（pulmonary hypertension，PH），严重影响患者预后，是临床治疗的难点。肺血管重构是PH持续进展的重要病理基础，同时也是PH药物疗效不佳的主要原因之一。
