Comprehensive Mechanization Dense Filling Mining Pressed Coal under Buildings Technology

基于目前矸石、粉煤灰固体、膏体密实充填综合机械化采煤物料输送、充填开采装备、规模化充填工艺等关键技术,并结合实例,分析了充填采场矿压显现、覆岩及地表移动变形特征。根据目前充填采煤技术的发展,给出了减少充填材料成本、科学实施充填采煤、降低充填作业劳动强度的技术性建议。

Based on coal gangue, solid fly ash, paste dense pack comprehensive mechanized mining, filling material conveying equipment, and key technology such as scale ~dling process, and combined with living example, strata behaviors of filling area, strata and surface movement deformation characteristics were analyzed. According to the current development of filling mining technology, technical advice like reducing the cost of materials, scientific filling mining, reducing the filling operation labor intensity were ziven.
