摘要
免疫抑制剂已被广泛应用于器官移植和自身免疫性疾病的治疗。目前,临床上使用的免疫抑制剂存在多种不良反应,为了获得更好的治疗效果,研究人员开发了一些高效低毒的新型免疫抑制剂。对FTY720、FK-778、依维莫司、依法立株单抗等免疫抑制剂的作用机制、临床应用和不良反应进行综述,提出新型、高效、低毒、低价的免疫抑制剂的开发和新的治疗方案的形成仍是免疫药理学工作者的重要研究课题之一。
Immunosuppressive drugs have been widely used in organ transplantation and treatment of autoirnmune disease. At present, many adverse reactions exist in clinical use of these agents. In order to obtain better treatment effect, researchers have exploited some novel immunosuppressants which are high efficient and low toxicity. The mechanisms, clinical applications and adverse reactions of H'Y720, FK-778, everolimus and efalizumab were summarized. It was pointed out that the development of new type, efficient, low toxicity and low price immunosuppressants and the formation of new treatments are still one of the important research topics for immunopharmacology workers.
