摘要
为了处理城市污水处理厂的污泥,将污泥配以石英砂尾矿、粘合剂和河道底泥添加剂可以生产轻质陶粒。利用脱水污泥,经过粉磨、干燥、焙烧等加工工艺,按照陶粒原料组成以污泥∶石英砂尾矿∶粘结剂∶河道底泥=4∶4∶3∶3、进料温度为400℃、预热时间为20 min、烧结时间为25 min为条件,考察烧结温度对陶粒性能的影响,结果表明,烧结温度为1 080℃时,陶粒的筒压强度最大、吸水率和堆积密度最小。
In order to deal with the sludge in municipal sewage plant, sludge blends with quartz tailing, adhesive and river sediment additive are used to produce lightweight ceramisite. By using dehydrated sludge, after pulverizing, drying, sintering and other processing techniques, according to the composition of ceramic materials the proportion of sewage: quartz tailing: binder: river sediment is 4: 4: 3: 3, feeding temperature is 400℃ ,preheating time is 20 minutes, and sintering time is 25 minutes, the effect of sintering temperature on ceramisite performance were explored. The study shows that when the sintering temperature is 1 080 ℃, the strength of ceramsite cylinder compressive is max and the water absorption and bulk density is rain.
