摘要
随着大社矿开采规模的扩大和时间的推移,深部煤层成为必采煤层。由于深部高应力区煤巷压力大,造成所掘巷道变形量大、失修严重,煤巷支护日趋困难。为提高该矿深部高应力区煤巷支护强度,解决巷道失修、大变形的问题,在西翼向斜轴部92622溜子道展开煤巷支护研究。结合地区实际,92622溜子道支护顶板采用槽钢、直径21.6 mm高强度锚索、巷帮在锚杆支护基础上打一排锚索。经井下试验表明,高强度锚索、槽钢支护方式改变了深部高应力煤巷支护的被动局面,提高了施工速度,新型支护工艺获得了成功。
Dashe Mine with the mining scale expanding and time going, the deep coal seam became the necessary one. Due to big stress of roadway in deep high stress area, caused large amounts of deformation, severe disrepair and digicult roadway supporting. In order to improve roadway support strength in deep high stress area, disrepair, large deformation of roadway problem, roadway supporting research was conducted in west wing synchne shaft 92622 scraper way. Combined with the actual situation, 92622 scraper way support roof adopted u-steel, diameter of 21.6 mm high strength anchor cable, roadway sides with row of anchor cable based on anchor bolt support. The underground experiment showed that high strength anchor cable, u-steel support mode changed the passive situation of the deep high stress coal roadway supporting, improved construction speed, the new support technology achieved success.
