摘要
高强聚酯纤维柔性网网片面积大、柔韧轻盈、抗拉力强、便于操作,可一次性挂网免联接,整体铺设效果好。以冀中能源股份公司葛泉矿东井11912综放工作面末采期间使用高强聚酯纤维柔性网上网上绳工艺为例,阐述了高强度聚酯纤维柔性网在工作面末采期间的挂网方案、施工步骤、铺网实施操作程序,并对金属网和柔性网经济技术进行比较,表明高强聚酯纤维柔性网能够实现快速、安全回撤,技术经济效益显著。
High-strength polyester fiber flexible mesh with advantages of big mesh size, flexibility hghtsome, strong tensile resistance, easy operation, could one-time hang net without connection, with good laying effect. Jizhong Energy, Gequan Mine 11912 fully mechanized caving working face late mining with high-strength polyester fiber flexible mesh technology was taken as example, high-strength polyester fiber flexible mesh in late mining technology, construction steps, network implementation of operating procedures were discussed, comparing metal mesh with flexible network economic technology, the result showed that high-strength polyester fiber flexible mesh could realize rapid and safe retracement, with obvious technical and economic benefit.
