摘要 针对目前市场上现有数字地质罗盘产品单一的情况,在多年矿井地质工作经验的基础上,经过多年的试验开发研制一种新型矿用本安型地质罗盘仪。该罗盘集成多种传感器技术,实现了地质罗盘仪测量方位、倾斜角度的基本功能;在结构上采用光电一体化设计,增加了两组激光指向、激光(投线)测量倾斜度的激光模组,实现不接触测量,提高使用者在矿山井下、野外等危险环境中的安全系数、工作效率和测量精度;界面采用仿真表盘、模拟水准刻度与数字显示,可进行0~360°方位测量和0~90°倾斜测量,消除了读数误差;软件方面设计了专门的地质体产状测量程序,使得测量地质体产状可以半智能化。新型的地址罗盘可广泛用于矿井地质、地质勘查等领域。 Based on the single product of digital geological compass on the market, according to many years of experience in mine geology work, a new type of mine intrinsically safe geological compass was developed, which was with Integration of a variety of sensor technology, realized the basic function of measuring position, angle of mine intrinsically safe geological compass; the structure adopted photoelectric integration design, an increase of two groups of laser pointer, laser (CAST) laser module to measure the inclination, the non-contact measurement, improved the user at the mine, field in the dangerous environment factor of safety, efficiency and accuracy; interface used simulation, simulation standard dial scale with digital display, 0 ~ 360 ° range measurement and 0 - 90 ° tilt measurement, eliminated the error of reading; the software was designed with the special geologic attitude measurement program, made the measurement of geological occurrence be half intellectualization. The new type of mine intrinsically safe geological compass could be widely used in mine geology, geological exploration and other fields.
