水解酸化+生物接触氧化处理煤化工废水研究 被引量:4

摘要 煤化工生产过程中产生的大量废水有机物含量高、灰分大、色度深、难降解物质较多,尚无经济有效的处理方法。因生物处理技术成本较低,而成为煤化工废水处理中应用最为广泛的技术之一。采用水解酸化+生物接触氧化处理煤化工废水。试验结果表明,在最佳运行工况下,当水解酸化和生物接触氧化水解停留时间分别为24 h和14 h时,废水中难降解有机物的去除率分别达到5.04%和41.6%。 Large amount of wastewater was generated during production process of coal chemical industry, in which the organic and ash content is high, color depth and refractory material is rich, and there is no cost-effective processing method. Biological treatment technology of wastewater treatment in coal chemical industry has become one of the most widely applied technologies because of its low processing cost. Hydrolytic acidification and biological contact oxidation process was used to treat coal chemical wastewater, the test results show that :under optimal operation conditions, when the hydrolysis time of hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidation were 24 h and 14 h, removal rate of refractory organics in wastewater reached 5.04% and 41.6% respectively.
