穴位注射结合㨰法治疗中度肩关节周围炎

Acupoint-injection Combined with Rolling Massage in Treating Midrange Periarthritis of Shoulder-A Randomized Controlled Study

目的:观察穴位注射结合法推拿治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:按照单盲、随机、对照的研究方法,将合格受试者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组采用穴位注射结合法推拿治疗,穴位注射2周1次,共注射2次;法推拿隔日治疗1次,共治疗4周。对照组采用穴位注射结合功能锻炼,穴位注射方法同治疗组,每日锻炼2次,共锻炼4周。采用肩关节周围炎疗效评定量表,记录2组患者治疗前后肩关节疼痛、活动功能及日常生活能力评分。结果:治疗后2组患者的肩关节疼痛、活动功能及日常生活能力评分均较治疗前提高,但治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:穴位注射结合法推拿治疗中度肩关节周围炎疗效显著,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupoint-injection combined with rolling massage in treating midrange periarthritis of shoulder.Methods：In a single-blind,randomized,controlled study approach,eligible subjects were randomly divided into treating group and control group,100 cases in each group.Treating group were treated by acupoint-injection combined with rolling massage,acupoint-injection for 1time in 2weeks,with a total of 2injections;rolling massage for 1times every other day,with a total of 4weeks of treatment.Control group was treated with acupoint-injection combined with functional exercise.Acupoint-injection method was as same as the treating group,plus exercise for 2times a day,with a total exercise for 4weeks.The scales of shoulder pain and function and activities of daily living function were observed by the effect rating scale for the patients before and after treatment.Results：The pain and function of shoulder and activities of daily living function scores of the patients in 2groups were higher after treatment,but the treating group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion：Acupoint-injection combined with rolling massage in treating midrange periarthritis of shoulder is effective,and it is worthy of wide application.
