负重位核磁共振在踝关节韧带损伤疾病中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 磁共振以其良好的软组织分辨率,能提供直接、无创的韧带显示,已被公认为是显示关节韧带的最佳手段。踝关节扭伤被认为是人体中最频繁发生的运动损伤,以往的核磁共振检查,多采取仰卧位,踝关节于自然放松,跖屈约20°,并稍旋外的位置。踝关节并没有应力,并不能客观显示踝关节处于站立、负重应力下的实际状态,因此,站立负重状态下的MR检查技术实现了真正意义上的功能检查,能直接地观察踝关节周围韧带在站立状态下的表现及骨关节对应关系的细微变化。踝关节的韧带很多,且走行方向各异。本文将观察踝关节韧带在负重位磁共振上的表现,优化扫描显示方法。
