摘要
功能性纳米无机粒子在许多领域显现出独特的性能,然而纳米粒子团聚与分散的矛盾始终是制约其在有机-无机杂化材料中应用的关键。针对这一问题,从热力学和动力学的角度,分别综述了团聚体的分散过程及理论进展。基于分散的破碎和剥蚀机理,对团聚体的分散动力学进行了深入阐述。通过现有分散机理的概括,为纳米无机粒子/成纤高聚物体系的分散提供理论指导。
Functional nanoparticles show unique properties in many fields,but the contradiction between agglomeration and dispersion is always the key of application of nanoparticles in organic-inorganic hybrid materials.In view of the trouble,the progress on dispersion process and theory were reviewed from the point of thermodynamics and kinetics.Based on rupture and erosion mechanism,the dispersion dynamics of agglomerates were expounded in detail.In virtue of the summary of existing dispersion mechanism,theoretical guidance for the dispersion of nanoparticles in hybrid fibers by melt spinning was provided.
