丙烯腈基含糖共聚物纳米纤维的制备

摘要 通过酶促合成法制备了含糖单体6-O-乙烯基癸二酸-D-吡喃型葡萄糖酯(OVSEG),采用水相沉淀聚合法将丙烯腈(AN)与OVSEG共聚,制备含糖聚合物poly(AN-co-OVSEG)。用1 H-NMR,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对聚合产物进行了表征。利用静电纺丝技术将含糖聚合物制备成纳米纤维,通过正交实验,确定最佳纺丝条件为:电压14kV、接收距离18cm、流速0.75mL/h、纺丝液浓度30%,此条件下纤维粗细均匀,平均直径为146nm。 The glycomonomer 6-O-vinylsebacyl-D-glucose(OVSEG)was synthesized by protease catalyzed transesterification of divinyl sebacate with D-glucose.The poly(AN-co-OVSEG)was prepared by water phase precipitation polymerization.The structure of the glycopolymer poly(AN-co-OVSEG)was characterized by FT-IR,1 H NMR and GPC.Then the poly(AN-co-OVSEG)nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning technique.The orthogonal experiment proved that the optimal electrospinning condition was that the voltage was 14 KV,the deposition distance was 18 cm,the flow rate was0.75mL/h and the concentration was 30%.In this condition,uniform fibers with an average diameter of 146 nm were prepared.
