负离子功能人造草丝纤维的研究 被引量:4

摘要 制备了可释放负离子的草丝纤维,并研究了其特性。结果发现,负离子粉的加入影响草丝纤维的拉断力、断裂伸长率与收缩率,负离子粉的添加量应小于30%。增加负离子粉的添加量以及采用具有更高负离子释放率的负离子粉,可以提高草丝纤维的负离子释放能力。草丝纤维随着所受到的摩擦力频率增大,负离子释放效率也增加。 Grass fiber emitting negative ion was prepared,and its properties was studied.The results showed that the breaking force,breaking elongation and shrinkage rate of the fiber were influenced by adding of negative ion powder.The addition quantity should be less than 30%.The ability of emitting negative ion would be improved when the addition quantity was increased or negative ions with more emitting efficiency were added.When the grass fiber was rubbed with higher frequency,its emitting ability would be increased,too.
