摘要
纳米材料已逐渐应用于石油行业的各个领域,然而要实现其广泛用途,有必要对纳米材料进行改性以实现其表面功能化。实验中,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米SiO2材料,并通过硅烷偶联剂对气相法制备的SiO2颗粒与自制SiO2颗粒进行表面改性。通过TEM、FT-IR、亲水亲油性实验,分析改性前后纳米材料的性质变化。结果表明,通过溶胶-凝胶法可制备出单分散性良好的球状纳米SiO2颗粒;FT-IR谱图表明颗粒表面成功的接枝了硅烷偶联剂;TEM照片与亲水亲油性实验表明改性后的纳米SiO2颗粒在有机溶剂中的分散性提高,亲油性显著增强,颗粒的表面功能化得以实现。
Nanomaterials have been widely applied in all aspects of the oil industry.In order to realize its widespread use,however,nanomaterials have to be modified to achieve its surface functionalizations.The silica nanomaterials was made by sol-gel method,and the particles from chemical vapor deposition and from ourselves were all surface modified using silane coupling agent method.Through TEM,FT-IR,hydrophilic and lipophilic observation,the properties of the nanomaterials before and after modification were analyzed.The results showed that monodispersity globular silica nanoparticles could be prepared by sol-gel method.The FT-IR figures showed that KH570 was grafted on the surface successfully.TEM photos and hydrophilic and oleophylic experiments showed that the dispersion of the nanoparticles in organic solvent and oleophylic property were improved remarkably.Surface functionalization of particles was realized.
