“321”健康教育模式对化疗期肺癌患者焦虑情绪的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨"321"健康教育模式对化疗期肺癌患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法采用非同期队列对照设计的方法将2012年6月至2013年7月收治的化疗期肺癌患者分为观察组68例、对照组65例,观察组采用"321"健康教育模式,对照组采用常规健康教育模式。比较两组患者入院时和出院时的焦虑程度。结果干预前,两组患者SAS量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者的SAS量表得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS量表得分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预后SAS量表得分降低无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "321"健康教育模式可显著减轻化疗期肺癌住院患者的焦虑情绪。
