鲁西南地区奶牛中嗜血支原体病的流行病学调查 被引量:2

摘要 为了解奶牛嗜血支原体病(附红细胞体病)的流行情况和传播途径,本研究对山东省鲁西南地区14家规模化奶牛场2 464份血液样品进行了调查分析。采用常规镜检(直接血液涂片法、悬滴压片法、瑞氏染色法、姬姆萨染色法)结合特异性PCR方法进行嗜血支原体病原检测,同时,根据病原学检测结果分析不同年龄(新生牛、犊牛、青年牛、泌乳牛)、不同季节、不同地区奶牛的感染率和发病率,以及母仔垂直传播情况。结果显示:该病在夏季的感染率(61.1%)和发病率(10.3%)高于其他季节,泌乳期牛感染率(58%)和发病率(12%)高于其他年龄段牛群,不同地区的感染率差异不显著;并且该病可以通过血液进行垂直传播。本研究结果为奶牛嗜血支原体病的防控提供了实验依据。 To investigate the epidemiology and transmission route of Mycoplasma wenyonii (formerly Eperythrozoonosis) in dairy cows, a total of 2,464 blood samples were collected from 14 large-scale dairy farms in Southwest region of Shandong province for M.wenyonii detections with the traditional microscopy assay (such as blood smear, hanging drop, Wright's and Giemsa's staining) and specific PCR methods. The infection and incidence rate of dairy cows with different ages (newly born, calf, youth, and milking cow), in different seasons, and in different regions were detected. In addition, the route of vertical transmission (mother to offspring) was also investigated. The results showed that the infection and incidence rate of dairy cows were highest in summer (61.1% and 10.3%, respectively) and the infection and incidence rate of adult cow were 58% and 12%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of other age cows. However, there was no significant difference in the infection rate of dairy cows in different regions. The vertical transmission was also identified via blood from infected cow to newborn calf. These data provide a basis for prevention and control of M. wenyonii in dairy cow.
