开放肺叶切除术后切口镇痛泵的临床效果 被引量：10

摘要 开胸手术切口长,损伤组织多,术后疼痛剧烈,影响患者咳嗽、排痰,抑制深呼吸运动,继而引起肺部感染、肺不张等一系列并发症[1].可见,良好的术后疼痛管理对患者术后恢复意义重大.近年来,国外推出局麻药持续切口滴注的镇痛模式,明显减少了副作用,而且安全性高[2].我们通过局部镇痛装置持续灌注局麻药物的方式进行术后疼痛管理,观察其在开放肺叶切除术后的镇痛效果.
