大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血后迟发性脑血管痉挛模型的制作改良 被引量:3

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)是临床常见的脑血管病,多由颅内动脉瘤破裂所致,具有高致死率和致残率,SAH后迟发性脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)是其迟发性致死和致残的主要原因。目前人们对CVS的认识还不确切,仍无有效改善预后的方法。近年来人们多采用大鼠枕大池二次注血法来制作SAH后CVS模型,本文对该模划成功进行了制作改良.
