肋软骨隆鼻术后变形的处理

Treatment of costal cartilage deformities after augmentation rhinoplasty

目的 探讨肋软骨隆鼻术后软骨变形的处理新方法及临床效果.方法 自2010年1月至2014年1月,对因肋软骨隆鼻术后软骨变形来我院就诊的37例患者,采用肋软骨切断法矫正软骨形态.将变形的肋软骨切断成5、6个小块,并按照切断前的顺序排列,使用可吸收缝线将其缝合固定,形成多个“关节”样结构.将处理过的肋软骨重新植入鼻背腔隙.结果 本组共37例患者,术后随访3～51个月,1例术后出现鼻根部上翘,修复后效果满意,其余未出现明显变形及移位,外形满意.结论 肋软骨切断法用于矫正肋软骨隆鼻术后的变形,效果确切,操作简便,适于在临床推广.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the new method for correcting costal cartilage deformities after augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods From Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2014, 37 patients with costal cartilage deformities after augmentation rhinoplasty were corrected by costal cartilage cutting, the deformed costal cartilage was cut into 5 to 6 segments, and then the segments were arranged as before and fixed with absorbable suture to form multiple ＂joint-like＂ structure. The treated cartilage then implanted back into the nasal dorsum. Results The follow up period was 3 to 51 months. Of 37 cases, all were satisfied with the corrected noses except for 1 case with warp on postoperative nasal root which recovered after repair, there were no deformity and displacement occurring during the postoperative follow-up. Conclusion The method of costal cartilage cutting is an effective way to correct costal cartilage deformity after augmentation rhinoplasty with easy operation and good effect. It is worth spreading in clinic.
