并发神经系统疾病的大疱性类天疱疮临床特点和预后的比较研究 被引量：3

摘要 大疱性类天疱疮（BP）是一种获得性自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病。老年人较易发病，这可能由于老年人皮肤免疫系统退化，从而易患自身免疫性皮肤病。随着人类寿命的不断延长，并发阿尔茨海默病、脑卒中等神经系统疾病（ND）的BP临床病例显著增加。这些病例的临床特点、治疗和预后与未并发神经系统疾病的患者有所不同。
