干燥闭塞性阴茎头炎是发生于男性包皮、阴茎头及尿道的慢性上皮炎症性皮肤病。该病在国内一直被认为属罕见病,很多泌尿科医师对该病的认识不足。近年来随着相关研究的不断开展,关于该病的认识不断被更新,同时也发现,该病在国内的发病率亦呈上升趋势。本文结合国内外相关研究进展,综述关于干燥性阴茎头炎的新情报,如流行病学、临床特征、病因、治疗方案等,为泌尿科同道提供本病的最新信息。

Balanitis xerotica obliterans（BXO）is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that mainly affects male foreskin,glans and urethra.It＇s considered rare in China,and many urologists lack its knowledge.Recently,many research works have been done,so the knowledge about BXO keeps renewing.At the same time,we also observed the rising of its prevalence in China.This article focuses on the latest information about BXO in order to let more urologists know.
