口腔癌前病变的癌变风险预测 被引量：22

摘要 口腔癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,且发病率呈上升趋势。尽管近年来在诊断技术、外科手术以及放疗、化疗方面取得进步,但5年总体生存率仍然徘徊在50%左右。而早期癌以及局灶癌的5年生存率可达80%。可见,口腔癌总体生存率较低的原因是多方面的,患者就诊过晚是一个很重要的因素,多数口腔癌发现时已到中晚期。
