摘要
应用低过热度浇注和电磁搅拌技术制备了半固态6061铝合金浆料,研究了浇注温度和电磁搅拌对半固态6061铝合金微观组织形貌的影响。结果表明,浇注温度对半固态6061铝合金的凝固组织影响很大,半固态6061合金在660℃下浇注的晶粒最为细小;电磁搅拌可以有效地改善半固态6061铝合金的凝固组织形貌和晶粒尺寸。当电磁频率为30 Hz且搅拌15s时,凝固组织的形貌及尺寸最佳。通过试验获得了制备半固态6061铝合金浆料合适的工艺参数。
The semi-solid 6061 A1 alloy slurry was prepared by low superheat pouring and electromagnetic stirring, and effects of pouring temperature and electromagnetic stirring on microstructure of semi-solid 6061 A1 alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the pouring temperature plays a dominant role in the microstructure in the alloy, in which the fine grain in the semi-solid alloy can be obtained with pouring at 660 ℃. Morphology and size of grain of microstructure in the semi-solid alloy are effectively improved by electromagnetic stirring. The desirable morphology and size of microstructure in the semi- solid alloy are presented with electromagnetic frequency of 30 Hz and stirring time of 15 s. The rational processing parameters for preparing slurry of semi-solid 6061 A1 alloy were presented.
