摘要
介绍了几种典型的凝固晶粒尺寸预测模型。以相对晶粒尺寸(RGS)模型以及Stjohn D H和Qian M晶粒尺寸(dgs)模型为基础,计算并测定了金属型铸造AZ61和AZ91镁合金的晶粒尺寸。结果表明,计算得到的RGS能够反映镁合金相对晶粒尺寸与Al含量的变化趋势,即随着Al含量的增加,RGS降低。Stjohn D H和Qian M模型能较准确地预测镁合金的实际晶粒大小。
Several typical models for predicting the solidified grain size were described. The grain size was calculated according to the relative grain size model(RGS) and Stjohn D H and Qian M model, and the prediction results were compared with those of casting AZ61 and AZ91 magnesium alloys in permanent mould. The results reveal that the calculated RGS can represent the trend of relative grain size changes with A1 contents,where RGS is decreased with increasing in A1 contents. Stjohn D H and Qian M model can predict the actual grain size correctly.
