发动机前盖油封压装及检测专机的设计

Design of Special Oil Sealed and Detection Apparatus for Engine Front Cover

针对某铝合金发动机前盖的油封压装工艺,阐述了发动机前盖油封压装机的压装工艺要求、压装工艺原理。介绍了压装机的总体结构设计要点、夹具设计、检测及其控制系统原理。生产实践表明,该压装机结构可靠、使用方便,满足了产品的压装要求。

The pressing assembly process for oil seal of engine front cover including its process require- ment and principle was introduced. Then,the design of pressing machine and design of fixture, principle of inspection and controlling system were described. The results show that it is reliable and convenient for the pressing machine,meeting technology requirements.
