摘要
为改进传统砂型铸造生产火车闸瓦效率低、表面品质低及生产环境差等问题,简述了消失模铸造小批量生产闸瓦的铸造工艺流程及其优越性。根据闸瓦工况对材质性能、品质要求,选择含磷铸铁作为闸瓦材质,提出适合的工艺方法。采用该工艺方法进行了熔炼浇注,产品合格率达到了95%以上,并得到了表面品质较好的样品。对其成分作了检测,证明了消失模铸造火车闸瓦的可行性。
To improve problems in low efficiency and poor surface quality and hostile production environ- ment in traditional sand casting train brake shoe, the advantages and process procedure of EPC casting brake shoe with s mall batch production were described. According to the requirements of the quality and materials properties of brake-shoe, phosphorus cast iron as brake shoe material was adopted and proper EPC process was presented. The smelting casting experiment was carried out, and the product qualified rate reached more than 95% with the satisfied surface quality. The chemical composition of brake-shoe was examined, which showed the feasibility of EPC train brake shoe.
