韩国高中教育改革——以首尔为例

South Korean High School Education, status and enlightenment——Case study in Seoul

韩国在20世纪70年代末80年代初基本完成了高中教育的普及,高中教育作为中等教育的高级阶段,为韩国的经济腾飞提供了大量的成熟劳动力和高技能人才。从'平准化'发展到建立科学英才高中,韩国政府越来越重视高中教育在提高劳动者素质、向大学输送精英人才等方面的功能。今天的韩国高中教育愈发呈现出类型多样、培养目标多元、重视精英教育的特点。文章以国际化大都市首尔为案例,着重分析了韩国高中发展现状,并总结其特征以期为我国高中教育改革得出几点有益的启示。
