摘要
近年来,教师质量成为世界各国普遍关注的问题,而入门指导对于留住教师、提升教师效能等具有重要作用。随着欧洲国家教师队伍老龄化、流失、教师短缺等问题凸显,各国寻求实施有效的新教师入门指导计划。本文拟就欧洲主要国家实施的新教师入门指导的背景、政策与措施进行简要的介绍与分析,以便了解欧洲主要国家新教师入门指导的现状,并从中获得有益的启示与借鉴。
In the last few years, teacher quality has become the focus of intense international attention and concern. Teacher induction plays a critical role in retaining teachers and improving teacher quality. Firstly, this paper attempts to introduce the contexts of teacher induction in Europe, and then presents the practice and policy. Finally, an analysis of teacher induction is provided in order to make further understanding the current situation in Europe and gain some experiences.
