为解决老城区逐渐暴露出结构性衰退、功能性衰退、物质性老化等问题,胶南市编制了老城区控规并进行了修编,修编从规划编制、规划管理、动态维护与规划调整等方面探索了完善现有控规编制的方法。论文在分析当前控制性详细规划面临问题的基础上,剖析了本次控规修编的技术思路和主要创新内容,总结了其意义。

In order to solve the old town＇s issues of substance.such as gradually exposed structural,functional,and infrastructure decline,etc,Jiaonan prepared revision of regulatory detailed plan.The revision explores ways-planning,planning management,maintenance and planning of dynamic adjustment- to improve the existing preparation methods.Based on the analysis of the current regulatory detailed planning on the basis of the problems faced,it analyzes the technical ideas and main innovative content of this revision of the regulatory detailed planning,and summed up its significance.
