腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发原因分析

Investigate the Free Ingui nal Hernia Recurrence after Operation and the Countermeasures of Tension Repair

目的：探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发的原因及对策。方法：回顾2010年1月～2014年4月我科收治的42例腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发的病例并进行总结。结果：术中见网片有卷曲、皱缩以致未能完全覆盖疝囊口的现象，甚至网片位置放置错误或者固定不到位，均选择再次手术治疗。结论：操作者对腹股沟的解剖熟悉以及操作熟练，选择正确的材料并准确放置，将有助于降低腹股沟疝无张力修补术的复发率。

Objective：To investigate the free inguinal hernia recurrence after operation and the countermeasures of tension repair. Methods：Analyse the reasons of 42 cases of inguinal hernia under tension free repair of recurrent cases after operation from 2010 January to2014 April in our hospital.R esults：Mesh with curly,shrinkage that failed to completely cover the hernia phenomenon , and even mesh-placement errors or fixed is not in place, are choosing to operation treatment.C onclusions：The anatomy of the inguinal not familiar and skilled operation, choose the right materials and accurate placement, will help to reduce the tension free repair of inguinal hernia recur-rence rate.
