新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病29例临床治疗分析

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床治疗分析。方法:对2013年1月~2014年3月收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病29例的临床资料进行分析。结果:经治疗显效17例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.1%。结论:在处理HIE病儿时必须注意到CNS以外的多器官损伤,并应强调预防宫内窒息的重要性。值得注意的是:缺氧损伤后的神经元死亡大部分在损伤已终止后仍在进展,即往往在治疗过程中进行。
