摘要
分析了大尺寸光纤预制棒松散体的特点,通过改造光纤预制棒玻璃化设备、调整工艺参数、优化玻璃化炉的温区分布及控制烧结过程中的炉温,提高了大尺寸松散体的烧结速度和烧结合格率,使光纤预制棒的大型化成为可能。
The characteristics of large size soot preform are analysised. Through the improvement of soot preform sintering equipment and process parameters, optimization of temperature zone distribution of sintering furnace and control of furnace temperature in sintering process, the sintering rate and qualified rate of large size soot preform are increased. So the enlargement of the optical fiber preform size is possible.
