Research and Application of Safety Management Tools in Coal Mine Enterprise

以完善安全管理手段为目的,运用风险管理中风险识别和风险评估的原理,结合安全管理理论对煤矿企业的作业活动、设备设施、场所环境和通风工艺4方面进行全面的风险、危险源辨识并分析出控制措施。评审现有的安全管理工具,找出薄弱环节,在保留基础性和实用性内容的前提下,开发完善出包括作业现场提示工具、安全检查类工具、安全教育培训工具、安全管理信息化工具4项安全管理工具,丰富了安全管理方式,具有行业推广的价值。

In order to improve safety management tools,by using the principle of risk identification and risk assessment in risk management,combined with safety management theory,risk and hazard identification,control measures were carried out for four aspects,such as operating activities,equipment and facilities,workplace and environment and ventilation technology in coal mine enterprises.Four safety management tools were developed by reviewing existing safety management tools,finding out weaknesses under the premise of retaining fundamental and practical content,including operating site tip tools,safety inspection class tools,security education and training tools,security management information tools,which enriched safety management mode and had the value of industry promotion.
