经济发达地区城郊农民市民化意愿调查与思考——以江苏省溧阳市为例

INVESTIGATION AND CONSIDERATION OF SUBURBAN PEASANTS' WILLINGNESS TO BE URBAN CITIZENS IN ECONOMICALLY DEVELOPED AREAS——AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS BASED ON THE SURVEY DATA IN LIYANG

城镇化水平是一个国家文明的标志。我国正处于城镇化快速发展阶段,城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,农民是城镇化进程的最终实施主体。为了解农民市民化的意愿及其影响因素,该文在对溧阳市南渡镇实证调查得到的数据分析基础上,发现当地农民市民化意愿并不强烈,性别、年龄、文化程度、收入以及职业等农民自身层面的因素对于市民化意愿影响并不显著,而医疗制度、保险制度和惠农政策等制度层面的因素对市民化意愿影响较为显著。针对制度层面的因素提出了解决措施,以消除农民市民化的后顾之忧,加快市民化进程。

The level of urbanization is a symbol of civilization for a country. China is in a rapid development of urbanization. People are the core of urbanization,and peasants are the ultimate implementation body of the process of urbanization. In order to learn the peasants＇ willingness to be urban citizens and its primary factors,based on the survey data in Liyang,this paper found that the local people were in a low willingness to be citizens. Factors such as gender,age,culture degree,occupation,and income had less obvious influence in the peasants＇ willingness,while institutional factors such as medical insurance and subsidy policy had a significant influence. Finally,the paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of policy system to eliminate the peasant ＇s worry and accelerate the progress of urbanization.
