摘要
蒙古族拥有独特的茶文化,茶饮历史与茶马贸易史源远流长。蒙古族茶饮功能丰富,茶的种类多,不但有大量外来的本味茶,还有本土化的风味茶。烹制茶饮使用的器具与工艺独特,茶俗富有民族特色,茶礼内涵深厚。通过对蒙古族茶饮习俗养成、茶叶贸易历史演进、茶饮种类演变的追溯,对独特的制茶工艺,丰富的茶礼、茶俗的梳理,可以领悟到蒙古族茶文化在中华饮食文化园中独树一帜、长盛不衰的深刻内涵。
The Mongolian ethnic group is a tribe with long-standing unique tea culture and tea-horse trade,whose tea features diversified functions and wide ranges of tea categories, including foreign flavored tea and local flavored tea. The Mongolian ethnic group owns utensils for cooking tea with unique craftwork, tea custom with peculiar ethnic characteristics and tea ceremony with profound connotations.
