Chinese people use the Chinese zodiac （the 12 animals, to symbolize the years in which people are born） to predict people＇s fortunes. The 12 animals are： Rat, Cow, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake,Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Chicken, Dog and Pig. As 2015 is the Year of Sheep, Women of China English Monthly is taking the opportunity to explain various sheep-related traditional Chinese cultural elements to our readers.
