Officials of Zixi, a county in East China＇s Jiangxi Province. organize primary school educators to teach children about laws and legal regulations. Gillian Mellsop, UNICEF＇s representative to China （third from right）, and Su Fengjie, Deputy Director of the Office of the National Working Committee on Children and Women （in the middle）, monitor Liuzhou＇s efforts in offering free premarital physical checkups to couples. They monitored the project in November 2014.
