In light of the State＇s strategy to improve cooperation between Beijing, North China＇s Tianjin Municipality and Hebei Province in promoting the areas＇ economic and social development, which was announced by Chinese President Xi Jinping in February 2014, the women＇s federations of the three areas signed a collaboration agreement in Beijing on December 29, 2014. Cui Weiyan, Director of the Women＇s Development Department of the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, Ma Lanxia, President of Beijing Women＇s Federation, Dai Yun, President of Tianjin Women＇s Federation, and Wang Shuling, President of Hebei Women＇s Federation, attended the signing ceremony.
