After I had lived and worked in China for a few years, I had some interesting observations that became undeniably clear to me. First, I saw an openness of the new generation of Chinese professionals, who entered the job market with a real hunger to learn. The young professionals were committed to developing themselves, receiving feedback and becoming more self-aware.
