摘要
针对大型k/N(G)系统维修保障特点,提出了一种定时维修策略。以系统使用可用度为约束条件,以系统期望维修费用率最小化为优化目标,建立了任意寿命分布下k/N(G)系统定时维修优化模型,并提出了一种求解模型的数值迭代算法。实例分析表明,该模型既能计算定时维修策略下k/N(G)系统使用可用度和期望维修费用率,又能确定最佳的定时维修间隔期和最佳的换件维修人数,可为k/N(G)系统预防性维修提供决策支持。
A time based maintenance policy for large-scale k / N( G) system is presented. This policy is provided by the maintenance and support characteristic of k / N( G) system. On the basis of the policy,a maintenance optimization model is established. The model minimizes system maintenance cost rate under the condition of system operational availability. Then,a numeric iteration algorithm is proposed to solve the model. Example shows that the model can compute k / N( G) system operational availability and system maintenance cost rate,and meanwhile the model can obtain the optimal maintenance interval time and the optimal number of maintenance personnel. This research provides decision supporting for the preventive maintenance of large-scale k / N( G) system.
