摘要
针对酒钢焦化厂粗苯回收工段洗油再生器顶部油气温度控制误差大、克服系统扰动反应慢及再生洗油达不到稳定的质量要求等问题,对原有工艺、温度控制方案和仪控设备进行优化,通过串级自动调节温度控制方案,实现对再生器顶温的稳定控制,有效提高粗苯产品回收率和再生洗油质量。
According to the problems of large temperature control error, slow system disturbances overcome and unstable quality of wash oil regeneration of top temperature control of wash oil regenerator of crude benzene recovery section in Jiuquan Iron and Steel, the optimizations are implemented in original process, temperature control solutions and instrumentation and control equipment. Through cascade regulation automatic temperature control scheme, the stable control of top temperature of regenerator is implemented. The product recovery of crude benzene and regeneration of wash oil quality are effectively improved.
