国际人力资源管理对中小企业国际创业绩效的影响机制研究——基于国际动态能力的视角 被引量:7

摘要 中小企业走向国际化是经济全球化背景下的主流趋势,也是企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择。对于资源匮乏的中小企业,企业员工是其获得资源的重要渠道。但仅仅获取并拥有资源,并不能为企业创造价值,必须对资源进行整合、构建和重新配置形成企业国际动态能力,从而获得企业竞争优势,提升中小企业国际创业绩效。因此,国际动态能力在国际人力资源管理和中小企业国际创业绩效之间起到重要的中介作用。论文着眼于国际人力资源管理、中小企业国际创业绩效和国际动态能力的关系研究,找出它们之间的作用机制。 Internationalization of the small and medium-sized enterprises is not only the mainstream trend under the background of globalization,but also the inevitable choice for enterprise development to a certain stage. For the lack of resources of small and medium-sized enterprises,employees are one of the important channels for their resources.However,it cannot create value for the enterprises which obtain and possess resources. It is necessary for enterprises to integrate,build and reconfigure resources for forming the international dynamic capability so as to obtain competitive advantage and promote the international entrepreneurship performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,the international dynamic capability plays an important intermediary role in international human resource management and international entrepreneurship performance of small and medium- sized enterprises. This paper focuses on the relationship of international human resource management,international entrepreneurship performance of small and medium-sized enterprises and the international dynamic capability,then finding out the mechanism of action between them.
