生态文明视域下经济社会发展模式的思考

The Reflection of Economic Society Development Model from the View Point of Ecological Civilization

良好的生态环境是人类生存与发展的保障,是经济社会得以发展进步的基础。生态文明,是人类社会与自然界良性互动的和谐状态。加强生态文明建设,是实现人与环境友好相处、环境经济社会可持续性发展的重要路径。生态文明与经济社会发展的关系,实质上是生态文明与物质文明、政治文明、精神文明协调发展的关系。将生态文明融入到经济社会发展模式之中,即生态文明发展模式的构建,是正确认识和解决二者关系存在问题的重要举措,具体表现为生态制度建设(评价制度与法律制度)、生态产业发展(循环经济模式)与生态文化建设(环保理念树立)三个方面。

A benign ecological environment is the safeguard for the human existence and development and the foundation for economic and social development and progress. Ecological civilization is the state that human society in harmony with nature. To strengthen the construction of ecological civilization is the important channel to come true the harmony of human and nature and sustainable economic and social development. The relationship of ecological civilization and economic and social development is actually the harmonious development relationship of material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization. To incorporate the notion of ecology civilization into the development patterns of the economic and social development,namely is the construction of the development patterns of ecological civilization,is an important measure to recognize and deal with the relationship of these two factors. There are three aspects should be paid much attention to,the ecological system construction,ecological industry development,and the construction of ecological culture system.
