摘要
针对目前输变电工程中招标费有大幅度结余的现象,选取浙江省电力公司范围内2012年投产的110 k V和220 k V变电工程及架空送电线路共300个工程,分析招标费概算和支出的使用情况,总结管理经验,提出招标费管理建议,进一步规范输变电工程招标费费用支出。
Aiming at great surplus of tender fee in present transmission and distribution projects, the paper,by selecting three hundred projects including 110 k V and 220 k V power transformation projects and overhead transmission lines that were put into operation in year 2012, analyzes budgetary estimate and use of payout of tender fee and summarizes managerial experience; it brings forward suggestions on tender fee management to further regulate payout of tender fee of power transmission and transformation projects.
