With the soarcng of the total amount indexes,such as trust assets and profit,low comprehensive operation efficiency of our trust intermediaries has become the key factor of restricting its sustainable development. There exist bottlenecks and problems in China＇ s trust industry itself,including poor innovation ability,lack of the main areas,risk control,risk management backward and poor governance. By giving full play to the advantages of information efficiency,integrating comprehensive financial function and opportunity for our underdeveloped trust intermediaries,we can explore the effective way to sustainable development and efficiency increasing,and look for a long-term mechanism of trust industry efficiency.
