摘要危重症患者是指病情严重,随时可能危及生命的患者。重症监护病房（intensive care unit,ICU）所收治的均为急危重症患者,而危重疾病和入住ICU是一种严重的应激,一方面患者病情凶险,家属承受着即将失去亲人的心理压力;另一方面入住ICU给往往给患者家属造成沉重的经济负担。因而家属往往较患者承担着更加沉重的精神压力和心理压力。
