依托咪酯全凭静脉麻醉对非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术患者术中应激反应和早期认知功能障碍发生率的影响 被引量：6

摘要 依托咪酯对循环影响小,并能抑制肾上腺皮质功能,降低围术期的应激反应,目前常用于麻醉的诱导[1]和维持[2];丙泊酚因起效快,能有效抑制气道反应,苏醒迅速完全等优点在麻醉诱导和维持时也广泛应用,但对患者心血管抑制明显。
