Remote intelligent monitoring system on the asphalt pavement construction of express highway

摘要 以高等级公路中的沥青路面建设为对象,为了达到实时监测施工过程,实现过程控制,分析了沥青路面施工过程中的沥青混合料原材料、生产、运输以及施工等环节,基于3G网络建立了远程监控系统的基本框架,建立了原材料采集监控子系统、路面摊铺子系统和压实子系统的功能,实现在线的质量控制;利用实施案例采集了现场施工摊铺温度和压实过程的监控数据,验证了系统可行性和有效性。研究结果表明:对沥青混合料原材料、生产、运输以及施工等环节实现在线的质量控制,能达到实时监测施工过程的目的,实现过程控制;该系统实现了对碎石厂、沥青拌和生产厂、摊铺设备摊铺过程和压实过程等施工相关环节的在线监控,实现了监理、现场施工人员、项目检验员的在线控制,提高了工作效益和质量管理水平。 Taking the asphalt pavement construction of the express highway as the object,this paper analyzed the links involved in the process of the asphalt pavement constructions such as the asphalt mixture raw materials,production,transportation,and construction,which can achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of the construction process and realize the online quality control.The basic framework of the remote monitoring system was built based on the 3Gnetwork,which can analyze the function of the subsystems about the raw material acquisition and monitoring and the paving and compaction of road.By using the case collections,the existing monitoring data about the paving temperature and the process of compaction in the construction were collected to test the feasibility and validity of the system,which lays foundation for the pavement construction quality.The research results show that the online quality control on asphalt mixture of raw materials,production,transportation,construction and other sectors can achieve the purpose real-time monitoring the construction process,and realize process control;the system helps the crushing plant,asphalt mixing production factory implement online monitoring the constructionlinks such as pavers' paving process and compaction process,realizes supervisor,on-site construction personnel,and project inspector's online control,and improves the work efficiency and the quality management level.
