不同灌溉方式对寒地粳稻功能叶片的影响

摘要 以东农425和东农427为试验材料,土壤水势为灌水衡量指标,研究了3种不同灌溉方式对寒地粳稻功能叶片非结构性碳水化合物质量分数及其关键酶活性的影响。结果表明,整个生育期内,轻干湿交替灌溉处理下功能叶片中非结构性碳水化合物质量分数及其关键酶活性较高,且变化幅度较平缓,而重干湿交替灌溉和旱作处理下功能叶片中非结构性碳水化合物质量分数及其关键酶活性显著低于其他处理。整个生育期内叶片中蔗糖、果糖质量分数与SPS活性均显著或极显著正相关;蜡熟期和完熟期可溶性总糖质量分数与SPS活性极显著正相关。以轻干湿交替灌溉为宜,即田间土壤水势灌溉下限不应低于-10kPa;东农425抗旱性较东农427强。 Dongnong 425 and Dongnong 427 were used as the experiment materials with soil water potential as irrigation index during the whole rice growth stage,and the effects of five different irrigation patterns on nonstructural carbohydrate content and key enzymes activities of the function leaves of Japonica rice in cold region were studied.The results indicated that in the whole growth period,nonstructural carbohydrate content and the key enzymes activities of function leaves under mild dry-wet alternate irrigation were higher,and they changed stably;Nonstructural carbohydrate content and the key enzymes activities of function leaves under dry farming and sever dry-wet alternate irrigation were significantly lower than those under the other treatments.The contents of sucrose and fructose were significantly or highly significantly positively correlated with SPS activity in the whole stage while total soluble content highly significantly correlated with SPS activity of function leaves in dough stage and complete ripe stage.Mild dry-wet alternate irrigation which the lowest limit of soil water potential should not be below-10 kPa is more reasonable,and the drought resistance of Dongnong 425 is higher than that of Dongnong 427.
